S-Index Interpretation
The S-Index (Sharing Index) is a comprehensive metric that represents the cumulative impact of all your datasets. It is calculated as the sum of Dataset Index scores across all your claimed datasets.
What it means:
- A higher S-index indicates greater overall impact of your datasets relative to typical datasets in their fields of research
- The S-Index grows as you add more datasets or as existing datasets gain more citations and mentions
- It provides a single number to track your research data impact over time
Current S-Index: 1.8 (sum of 2 datasets Dataset Index scores)

Datasets
The dataset includes videos of fresh adenoid tissue slices of 10 patiens. Each file is anonymised and cannot be traced back to an individual persons. Each patient gave his informed consent in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Concludingly, the study was approved by the local ethics committee of the University Hospital Frankfurt (No. 387/16). The videos visualizes the motility of B-cells (CD20), T-cells (CD3), Follicular T-helper cells (PD1) and Follicular dendritic cells (CD35) inside human lymphoid tissue. The data were obtained via confocal microscopy and subsequently preprocessed by a max projection.
