S-Index Interpretation
The S-Index (Sharing Index) is a comprehensive metric that represents the cumulative impact of all your datasets. It is calculated as the sum of Dataset Index scores across all your claimed datasets.
What it means:
- A higher S-index indicates greater overall impact of your datasets relative to typical datasets in their fields of research
- The S-Index grows as you add more datasets or as existing datasets gain more citations and mentions
- It provides a single number to track your research data impact over time
Current S-Index: 3.5 (sum of 3 datasets Dataset Index scores)

This study investigates the impact of mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) on employment-related stress and anxiety among college students in China. Given the increasing academic and career pressures faced by students, this research explores how MBIs enhance psychological well-being through factors such as intrinsic motivation, resilience, and inclusivity. Guided by Self-Determination Theory, the study examines whether individual personality traits influence the effectiveness of these interventions. A quantitative research design is employed using a survey conducted among 384 randomly selected students from Gansu province. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS, applying descriptive statistics, multiple regression, Pearson’s correlation, and reliability testing. Findings reveal that all factors except autonomy significantly reduce stress and anxiety. The study concludes with practical recommendations and identifies key limitations for future research.
