This dataset contains test data associated with the publication "Automated quantification of lung pathology on micro-CT in diverse disease models using deep learning". It includes three different datasets of micro-CT scans derived from preclinical experiments involving a COVID mouse model (COVID), bleomycin-induced lung fibrosis mouse model (BLEO), and a monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension rat model (RAT). Manual lung segmentation masks are provided for all micro-CT scans.
