S-Index Interpretation
The S-Index (Sharing Index) is a comprehensive metric that represents the cumulative impact of all your datasets. It is calculated as the sum of Dataset Index scores across all your claimed datasets.
What it means:
- A higher S-index indicates greater overall impact of your datasets relative to typical datasets in their fields of research
- The S-Index grows as you add more datasets or as existing datasets gain more citations and mentions
- It provides a single number to track your research data impact over time
Current S-Index: 7331.3 (sum of 7,192 datasets Dataset Index scores)

Antigen-specific T cell reactivity in PBMCs were studied using the Fluorospot assayPBMCs were co-cultured with alpha-synuclein, (⍺-syn) PINK1, or Epstein-Barr virus peptide pools and subsequently expanded in vitro over a two-week period. Cultures were supplemented with IL-2 (10 U/mL) every 4 days. After two weeks, expanded cells were harvested and were re-stimulated in triplicates with the same peptide pools, dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO; as a negative control) and phytohemagglutinin (PHA; as a positive control) and then processed for a dual-color (interferon-gamma and IL-5) Fluorospot assay (Mabtech). Spot forming cells (SFC) were captured using an IRIS Fluorospot reader (Mabtech) and results were analyzed using Excel (Microsoft). To be considered positive, antigen-specific T cells had >100 SFC per million PBMC, p-value <0.05 and >2 fold increase when compared to the DMSO control.Note: “ND” refers to “no data”, as some samples either did not have the adequate amount of cells for testing or did not pass our SFC quality control criteria. The "Sum of ⍺-syn and PINK1 IFNγ SFC/10^6 cultured cells" and "Sum of ⍺-syn and PINK1 IL-5 SFC/10^6 cultured cells" was only calculated for donors screen with both PINK1 and ⍺-syn.In the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) part III and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) tests columns, donors not tested were assigned "Not tested".

AedesTraits is a fully open, machine-readable database that adheres to VecTraits standards, focusing on the temperature dependence of different types of traits (e.g., life--history, behavioural, morphological) in four Aedes species: Ae. aegypti, Ae. albopictus, Ae. japonicus, and Ae. koreicus. This database consolidates experimental data from diverse published literature dating from 1930s to 2025. AedesTraits captures trait variation across species, populations, and environmental conditions.

This dataset contains DC electrical resistivity measurements supporting the analysis in Geomorphic and Geophysical Evidence for Quaternary Surface-Rupturing Earthquakes in Northeast United States. The datasets were collected with ABEM Terrameter LS2 64-electrode resistivity meter. The datasets include:1. Electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) raw dataset for a 630-m long profile (ERT profile 1) with 10m electrode spacing, across a cluster of fault scarps in Tewksbury, New Jersey, US. The data is in .DAT format, and is provided in two versions: one containing elevation of each station and another without elevation information.2. Electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) raw dataset for a 63-m long profile (ERT profile 2) with 1m electrode spacing, across a single target fault scarp in Tewksbury, New Jersey, US. The data is in .DAT format, and is provided with a version containing elevation of each station and another version without elevation information.
