S-Index Interpretation
The S-Index (Sharing Index) is a comprehensive metric that represents the cumulative impact of all your datasets. It is calculated as the sum of Dataset Index scores across all your claimed datasets.
What it means:
- A higher S-index indicates greater overall impact of your datasets relative to typical datasets in their fields of research
- The S-Index grows as you add more datasets or as existing datasets gain more citations and mentions
- It provides a single number to track your research data impact over time
Current S-Index: 7.8 (sum of 15 datasets Dataset Index scores)

(1) Copy of Cost Analysis_Sex Workers_ Amended for conservative estimates.xlxsThis file contains female sex worker sample micro cost data allocated in line with an activity-based approach according to their economic classification, as per the following activities; A) Sending SMSs; B) Pre-counselling; C) HIV Testing; D)Post-test counselling and E) Call-back counselling. The unit of analysis identified by this study is the HCT client; hence, this costing analysis quantified the cost per client tested. Outcomes calculations can be found in the sheet labelled ‘outcomes’.(2) Copy of Final Costing Tool_amended for conservative estimate.xlsxThis file contains the male trucker sample micro cost data allocated in line with an activity-based approach according to their economic classification, as per the following activities; A) Sending SMSs; B) Pre-counselling; C) HIV Testing; D)Post-test counselling and E) Call-back counselling. The unit of analysis identified by this study is the HCT client; hence, this costing analysis quantified the cost per client tested. Outcomes calculations can be found in the sheet labelled ‘outcomes’.(3) Copy of Supporting Analysis.xlxsThis file contains clinic level costs including salaries, working hours, set up costs and overheads. Capital costs, such as infrastructure, furniture and equipment were annuitized and these calculations are found in the ‘annuity calculation’ sheet. This file contains all the deidentified (no identifying information was entered into the Redcap database) SPSS data from the trial participants. Note, some cleaning has been done on the variables we used for the report and published papers and some user-defined variables were created and are included here, but other variables have not been cleaned or combined.

This file contains the Syntax written to clean and analyze the data for the report and published papers. Note, different investigators used different data analysis software (depending on what their institution had a license for and personal preferences), so the document includes syntax written in SPSS, SAS and STATA. The software used and person who conducted the analysis is indicated at the beginning of each syntax section.
