S-Index Interpretation
The S-Index (Sharing Index) is a comprehensive metric that represents the cumulative impact of all your datasets. It is calculated as the sum of Dataset Index scores across all your claimed datasets.
What it means:
- A higher S-index indicates greater overall impact of your datasets relative to typical datasets in their fields of research
- The S-Index grows as you add more datasets or as existing datasets gain more citations and mentions
- It provides a single number to track your research data impact over time
Current S-Index: 14.3 (sum of 20 datasets Dataset Index scores)

52 different accessions/varieties of finger millet were randomly distributed to 400 farmers using the Alliance of Bioversity International and ICAT Climmob Version 2 software( http://climmob.net/Version_2/menu.html ). Three blind varieties were given to each farmer coded A, B and C and were planted in three 2m by 3m plots. This data set comprised of a total of 181 farmers who managed to successfully evaluate the three blind varieties they were given and successfully shared their data.

48 different accessions/varieties of sorghum were randomly distributed to 400 farmers using the Alliance of Bioversity International and ICAT Climmob Version 2 software( http://climmob.net/Version_2/menu.html ). Three blind varieties were given to each farmer coded A, B and C and were planted in three 2m by 3m plots. This data set comprised of a total of 220 farmers who managed to successfully evaluate the three blind varieties they were given and successfully shared their data.

43 different accessions/varieties of finger millet were randomly distributed to 200 farmers using the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT Climmob Version 2 software( http://climmob.net/Version_2/menu.html ). Three blind varieties were given to each farmer coded A, B and C and were planted in three 2m by 3m plots. A total of 8 villages with 25 farmers from each were engaged. This data set comprised of a total of 163 farmers who managed to successfully evaluate the three blind varieties they were given and successfully shared their data.

33 different accessions/varieties of beans were randomly distributed to 200 farmers using the Alliance of Bioversity International and ICAT Climmob Version 2 software( http://climmob.net/Version_2/menu.html ). Three blind varieties were given to each farmer coded A, B and C and were planted in three 2m by 3m plots. A total of 8 villages with 25 farmers from each were engaged. This data set comprised of a total of 112 farmers who managed to successfully evaluate the three blind varieties they were given and successfully shared their data.

56 bean accessions were planted in a randomised block design, with three replications. All blocks received the same treatment. The block sizes were 2m by 2m. The phenotypic data was collected using the descriptors from the International Board for Plant Genetic Resources.
