Datasets
We tracked behavior of head-fixed mice running freely on a floating plus maze. We painted body parts of interest (i.e. whiskers on the both sides of the snout, and the nose in some cases) using UV paint, and performed color-keyed offline tracking, based on the videos acquired by a high-speed camera running at 190 Hz. In addition, we performed manual annotation of behavioral states of the animal in a frame-wise manner in the videos.
