Evidence from the Capitol Insurrections" <br><br>Gregory Eady, Frederik Hjorth & Peter Thisted Dinesen <br><br>## Overview <br><br>This repository provides data and code to reproduce the aggregate-level results in the article.<br><br>- Daily_Change.rds: Aggregate-level data.<br>- aggregate_results.R: Produces figures and tables for aggregate-level data.<br><br>To reproduce the aggregate-level results, run aggregate_results.R. When running this script, please remember to fix the working directory path in the top line of the code. This script will reproduce the following results:<br><br>Figure 1 (main article)Figure D1 (online appendix)Figure D2 (online appendix)Figure F1 (online appendix)<br><br>## GDPR restrictions on individual-level data<br><br>In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), individual-level data cannot be provided as part of the replication materials due to potential identifiability of individuals. Thus, although this archive provides the code necessary to replicate all individual-level figures and tables, we cannot share the data needed to replicate the individual-level results.<br><br>The following code files are included without the corresponding data:<br><br>- prep_analysis.R: Produces the 'Daily_Change.rds' file used by aggregate_results.R<br>- individual_results.R: Produces figures and tables for individual-level data.
