Raw phosphoproteomics data and and raw targeted proteomics data have been included in this file. Based on the high-throughput phosphoproteomics analysis of DHA-treated (DHA) and non-treated (Con) mice skeletal muscle , we were able to identify the phosphorylation site that altered by DHA at physiological level.
