Women entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurship has played a critical role in the expansion of the global market place's economy. In India women face more problems to startup their business. The researcher has analysed the complications handled by women entrepreneurs and impact for the growth of business performance in Aruppukottai District. By applying stratified random sampling technique, a sample of 154 women entrepreneurs were selected. The researcher has framed hypothesis for Impact for growth of business performance is not dependent on the complications handled by women entrepreneurs. Descriptive statistics and Simple Linear Regression Analysis are used in this study to test the hypothesis of compliance handled and the impact for growth of business in Aruppukottai Taluk. Complications handled by women entrepreneurs and impact for growth of business performance are 0.943 and 0.930 and reflects the measuring instrument's high-level reliability. The researcher has found that lack of compliance handled by women entrepreneurs and also identify the average level of business performance. The researcher concluded that impact of self-confidence, creativity, organising skills, motivational skills, decision-making, risk-taking ability, technical and managerial skills on business performance in sales, income, and growth in Aruppukottai Taluk are the major predictors of business performance in sales, income, and growth.
