This data set contains a set of absorbance values at a wavelength range of 4000 to 400 1/cm of ATR-FTIR spectrum. FTIR spectra dat has been obtained from each of pesticide spiked levels in apple and data was divided into calibration data set and validation data set to perform a partial least square regression model.
