pH and glucose measurements in yeast mat biofilms in environmental isolates

This is the dataset associated with the manuscript: "Variation in pH gradients and FLO11 expression in mat biofilms in environmental isolates of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae"
For a series of environmental yeast isolates, mats were generated and sampled for pH and % glucose at the center of the mat (hub), the edge of the mat (rim) and the uncolonized agar (far rim). In each assay, there were two replicates per timepoint per strain, and the assay was repeated six times.
