The Excel workbook contains processed data in the form of humid tropical rainforest area under a gradient of structural condition and integrity within the ranges of Mammal, Bird, Reptile and Amphibian species. These data are derived from the Structural Condition Index (SCI) and Forest Structural Integrity Index (FSII) datasets. The associated README text file contains metadata to describe the data in the Excel workbook. R code to replicate statistical analyses are provided in the respective scripts. The folder Amphibians_659sp.zip contains range maps (shapefiles) for 659 amphibian species from González-del-Pliego et al 2019 Current Biology that are not available in the IUCN Red List.
