Methane catalytic combustion over flame spray pyrolysis-synthesized Pd-Pt/CeO2 catalyst (Version: V1)

This data set is the related data of the study on the performance of Pd Pt/CeO2 catalytic combustion of methane produced by flame spray pyrolysis. CeO2 and Pt CeO2 supports, Pd Pt CeO2 catalysts were synthesized by flame spray pyrolysis, and Pd Pt bimetallic catalysts were prepared by depositing Pd Pt and Pd on CeO2 and Pt CeO2 supports respectively by impregnation method, and their methane catalytic combustion performance was investigated. Analyze the physicochemical properties of the catalyst using IXRD, TEM, BET, H2-TPR, XPS, and Raman.

Preparation of dimethyl carbonate from methanol and propylene carbonate over Ca-Zr catalyst modified by transition metals (Version: V1)

The main elements included in the data set were standard curve data for the internal standard method of product analysis, catalyst performance evaluation data, and catalyst characterisation results data. The process generated was the modification of calcium-zirconium catalysts with different types of transition metals and their application to the reaction of methanol and propylene carbonate ester exchange for the preparation of dimethyl carbonate, the evaluation of catalyst activity using a three-necked flask with a serpentine condenser, the analysis of reaction products using the internal standard method, the characterisation of catalysts using XRD, FT-IR, BET, XPS, CO2-TPD and other characterisation tools. The catalysts were characterised to correlate the catalyst activity with the physicochemical properties of the catalysts and to propose conformational relationships to further guide the development of efficient catalysts.
