For the in vitro experiment four photoactivated increments were immersed in a cell culture medium with three different volumes and dilutions: 5.5 mL (Dilution 1 – D1), 11.0 mL (Dilution 2 – D2), or 22.0 mL (Dilution 3 – D3).
