Consesus_genome_18

We investigated insecticide resistance mutations using 18 re-sequence data sets, including three susceptible and three resistant, and twelve field populations resistant genomes. A total of eighteen consensus Genome-wide annotations and mapping of Ryanodine receptor (RyR) and transmembrane three mutation sites and intronic indel in Bridging solenoid (Bsol)-like region were considered. The three common mutations were investigated and Y4701, I4790, and G4946 indicate the corresponding position of S. exigua (numbered refer to P. xylostella, ryanodine receptor, PxRyR). The NCBI software or conserved domain database predicts the locations of probable transmembrane segments (TM) and conserved structural domains.
