Exosomal mRNA and lncRNA expression profiles in umbilical cord blood from preeclampsia patients

we used microarray technology to establish the differential mRNA and lncRNA expression profiles in umbilical cord blood exosomes from preeclampsia (PE) patients compared with normal controls. According to the microarray data, we identified 120 differentially expressed mRNAs and 248 differentially expressed lncRNAs in umbilical cord blood exosomes of PE patients compared with controls.
