This is a tab-delimited text file containing the deviance values summarizing use of each of 1103 drugs in 50 states plus DC, for all females in the data. This was used to create figure 1b and supplementary figures 2c,d and 6d. The deviance scores are calculated as described in the Methods section of the text. The states are indicated by their standard abbreviations and the drugs are indicated by their generic name from the RED Book.
