Raw data of research article "Effect of biphasic in vitro maturation (CAPA-IVM) in embryo in vitro production and oocyte quality using prepubertal and adult donors"The present study aimed to (1) evaluate the effect of adding CNP (200 nM) and E2 (10 nM) in maintaining the oocytes in VG stage during the pre-IVM period and (2) determine the efficiency of CAPA-IVM system on in vitro embryo production of prepubertal and adult sheep.In experiment 1, oocytes were cultured for 0, 6 and 8h in pre-IVM medium with the meiotic inhibitors CNP and estradiol (CNP+E2 group) or without them (control group), and GV rate and chromatin configuration were assessed. A l'experiment 1, els oòcits es van cultivar durant 0, 6 i 8 h en medi pre-IVM amb els inhibidors meiòtics CNP i estradiol (grup CNP+E2) o sense ells (grup control), i Es va avaluar la velocitat de GV i la configuració de la cromatina.A l'experiment 2, es van cultivar oòcits en IVM convencional (c-IVM) o CAPA-IVM (pre-IVM seguit de c-IVM) i es van avaluar els nivells de ROS i GSH i es va avaluar l'etapa de maduració mitjançant la tinció de BCB.A l'experiment es van cultivar 3 oòcits en IVM convencional (c-IVM) o CAPA-IVM (pre-IVM seguit de c-IVM) i es va avaluar el desenvolupament del blastocist, el pronucli a les 17 hores després de la FIV i el desenvolupament d'embrions el dia 8 de la IVC.
