Dataset used to solve identification of gene cluster and protein of the Photosynthetic apparatus in the manuscript "Light Adaptation Strategies in Stanieria cyanosphaera involve Complementary Chromatic Acclimation, Low-light and Far-Red Light Photoacclimations"

This dataset contains a fasta file of contigs obtained by reconstruction of the genome sequence of Stanieria cyanosphaera SAG 33.87, a fasta file containing all Protein sequences of SAG 33.87 used as reference for the protein identification by LC-ESI-MS/MS, a file that contains all genes their identifiers, their position, their sequences and when possible their annotation. The related publication is under review, the paper doi will be added upon acceptance.

Spontaneous evolution of heterotrophy in cultured dinoflagellate algae

All raw data supporting the photosynthetic measurements reported in "Spontaneous evolution of heterotrophy in cultured dinoflagellate algae" accepted for publication in Current Biology, together with the corresponding R scripts used for data analysis and figure generation. The dataset includes: raw absorbance and fluorescence measurements used for photosynthetic parameter calculations (corresponding to Figures 3, 4, and 5); processed datasets and statistical summaries for photosynthetic efficiency and growth rate analyses; R scripts used for data processing, statistical testing, and figure production; original growth images and associated data corresponding to Figure 1E.Authors of the paper : Adrian C. Barbrook, Edmée Royen, Felix Barbour, Pierre Cardol, R. Ellen R. Nisbet, Christopher J. Howe
