S-Index Interpretation
The S-Index (Sharing Index) is a comprehensive metric that represents the cumulative impact of all your datasets. It is calculated as the sum of Dataset Index scores across all your claimed datasets.
What it means:
- A higher S-index indicates greater overall impact of your datasets relative to typical datasets in their fields of research
- The S-Index grows as you add more datasets or as existing datasets gain more citations and mentions
- It provides a single number to track your research data impact over time
Current S-Index: 2.6 (sum of 5 datasets Dataset Index scores)

This dataset contains a fasta file of contigs obtained by reconstruction of the genome sequence of Stanieria cyanosphaera SAG 33.87, a fasta file containing all Protein sequences of SAG 33.87 used as reference for the protein identification by LC-ESI-MS/MS, a file that contains all genes their identifiers, their position, their sequences and when possible their annotation. The related publication is under review, the paper doi will be added upon acceptance.

All raw data supporting the photosynthetic measurements reported in "Spontaneous evolution of heterotrophy in cultured dinoflagellate algae" accepted for publication in Current Biology, together with the corresponding R scripts used for data analysis and figure generation. The dataset includes: raw absorbance and fluorescence measurements used for photosynthetic parameter calculations (corresponding to Figures 3, 4, and 5); processed datasets and statistical summaries for photosynthetic efficiency and growth rate analyses; R scripts used for data processing, statistical testing, and figure production; original growth images and associated data corresponding to Figure 1E.Authors of the paper : Adrian C. Barbrook, Edmée Royen, Felix Barbour, Pierre Cardol, R. Ellen R. Nisbet, Christopher J. Howe
