S-Index Interpretation
The S-Index (Sharing Index) is a comprehensive metric that represents the cumulative impact of all your datasets. It is calculated as the sum of Dataset Index scores across all your claimed datasets.
What it means:
- A higher S-index indicates greater overall impact of your datasets relative to typical datasets in their fields of research
- The S-Index grows as you add more datasets or as existing datasets gain more citations and mentions
- It provides a single number to track your research data impact over time
Current S-Index: 1.4 (sum of 4 datasets Dataset Index scores)

The tensile test allows to engineers and researchers to know the mechanical properties of the engineering materials. In this dataset is showed the results for the tensile test of the two dog bones specimens. The specimen material is AISI 1015 steel. Tesnile test test was realized in the MTS-810 testing machine. Some properties like yield limit, ultimate stress and hardening coefficient are obtained.

The response of the materials under the action of cyclic loads is always a topic of interest of the engineers and researchers. In this dataset is showed the results for the torsional fatigue test of the cylindrical cross section specimens. A longitudinal crack was induced in the outter diameter. The specimen material is AISI 1015 steel. Fatigue test was realized in the torsional testing machine described in the literature. The asymmetry ratio used was -1. It is showed the crack size ai respect to the number of cycles Ni and pictures of the cross section after the failure.
