S-Index Interpretation
The S-Index (Sharing Index) is a comprehensive metric that represents the cumulative impact of all your datasets. It is calculated as the sum of Dataset Index scores across all your claimed datasets.
What it means:
- A higher S-index indicates greater overall impact of your datasets relative to typical datasets in their fields of research
- The S-Index grows as you add more datasets or as existing datasets gain more citations and mentions
- It provides a single number to track your research data impact over time
Current S-Index: 1.1 (sum of 1 dataset Dataset Index scores)

The data repository for this paper contains the model outputs and results required to replicate graphs found in the respective paper. The outputs from the model simulations are located in 'HOMEChem_25thJune_Model_Output' and 'HOMEChem_AveragedDay_Model_Output' for the 25th June and the Averaged Day respectively. These output folders contain the settings.py file with all parameters needed to the run the simulation, and the input file constraining concentrations of species measured at HOMEChem on those particular days.Note: The photolysis inputted into the model was shifted 90 minutes post-simulation to align with the solar zenith angle in Austin, Texas, USA (30.3860 degrees north). This has been accounted for in the data folders and graphs. The data used to build the graphs in the paper are given in folders entitled: '25th June - Data' and 'Averaged Day - Data'.
