This dataset includes 10-mm resolution X-ray fluorescence (XRF) measurements from three sediment cores collected in Lago Argentino, southern Patagonia, during the 2019 GCO project coring of Lago Argentino. It contains both the raw elemental data and the centered log-ratio (clr) transformation. This dataset is uploaded alongside the submission "Holocene glacier fluctuations in Southern Patagonia documented by terrestrial and lacustrine records" by Romero et al. to The Cryosphere.
