Electrophysiological Network Mapping of DBS outcomes in Parkinson's disease

Please cite Bahners et al. 2025: "Since no symmetric MNI template was available in Brainstorm yet, we custom-created a novel brainstorm-compatible template with symmetrical cortical vertices. In order to obtain a symmetric grid that exhibited an exact spatial correspondence between left and right vertex coordinates, we reconstructed the cortical surface from the symmetric MNI template (ICBM152 2009c Nonlinear Symmetric) using CAT 12 and flipped vertices from the left hemisphere to the right side (x-coordinates from the left were multiplied by -1 in MNI space)."
