Rhizoctonia cerealis, the causes agent of sharp eyespot, is a highly destructive pathogens of wheat. As a dikaryotic organism, the haplotype phasing of R. cerealis has been unachieved. Based on PacBio HiFi, Oxford Nanopore, and Hi-C platform, we assembled the first high quality telomere-to-telomere (T2T) haplotype-resolved genome of R. cerealis, which contained sixteen homologous pairs of chromosomes, spanning a total length of 82.6 Mbp without any gap,
