S-Index Interpretation
The S-Index (Sharing Index) is a comprehensive metric that represents the cumulative impact of all your datasets. It is calculated as the sum of Dataset Index scores across all your claimed datasets.
What it means:
- A higher S-index indicates greater overall impact of your datasets relative to typical datasets in their fields of research
- The S-Index grows as you add more datasets or as existing datasets gain more citations and mentions
- It provides a single number to track your research data impact over time
Current S-Index: 1.7 (sum of 1 dataset Dataset Index scores)

We demonstrate a hybrid optical parametric amplifier delivering few-cycle infrared and terahertz pulses. Different components of the white light seed are amplified successively generating broadband signal and idler pulses. After dispersion compensation, the signal pulses are compressed to 15.2 fs with a pulse energy of 380 μJ. Meanwhile, the idler pulses are employed to produce terahertz waves via different frequency generation. The generated frequency is tunable from 18 to 30 THz with a peak pulse energy of 4 μJ. The study provides a compact and scalable scheme for the generation of few-cycle infrared and terahertz waves.
