This imaging dataset comprises of in-vivo brain data from fifteen patients with PCOS (age 32.0±7.4 years body mass index (BMI) 31.8±5.7 kg/m2) and twelve healthy controls (age 30.7±6.4 years BMI 30.2±5.8 kg/m2). This includes 3 Tesla (3T) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data, together with bloods data (testosterone and HOMA2-IR).
