Conjunto de dados experimentais sobre estratégias alternativas para o controle do bolor verde (Penicillium digitatum) em lima ácida ‘Tahiti’, utilizando agentes oxidantes (ozônio e peróxido de hidrogênio, aplicados de maneira isolada ou em combinação) e óleos essenciais de orégano (Origanum vulgare) e tomilho (Thymus vulgaris). Os dados foram obtidos a partir de experimentos realizados em laboratório, incluindo ensaios in vivo e in vitro. Os dados estão organizados em planilhas (.xlsx).
