Non-Functionalized 2D Mo2C for Energy-Dense Supercapacitors with Ionic Liquid Electrolytes

This dataset contains the raw and processed experimental results used to generate the figures presented in the accompanying manuscript. Each dataset is clearly labeled to correspond with the figure number in the manuscript (Non-Functionalized 2D Mo2C for Energy-Dense Supercapacitors with Ionic Liquid Electrolytes), enabling straightforward traceability between the published results and the underlying data. The files include electrochemical measurements (such as cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge–discharge, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy), structural characterization data (XRD, Raman spectroscopy, and XPS), and microscopic/analytical data (SEM, AFM) acquired from synthesized 2D Mo2C and fabricated devices.The data are provided in their original measurement formats as well as in tabulated/processed forms suitable for plotting. These files can be used to reproduce the figures shown in the manuscript and to allow further analysis by other researchers. Together, they offer a comprehensive view of the experimental evidence supporting the findings of this study.
