This repository contains the HFIP, ERT, unfrozen layer probing, and permafrost core volumetric water content (VWC) datasets acquired at Heliport Mire, Abisko, in June-July 2022, together with the inversion outputs supporting the associated publication. The data document an 8 m and a 50 m two-dimensional geoelectrical profile across a peat plateau and adjacent forested terrain underlain by ice-rich permafrost.The repository includes:* Field plans and GPS coordinates* Raw HFIP measurements (.res files) for 8 m and 50 m profiles, including normal and reciprocal measurements* cR2 2D independent frequency inversion set up for both profiles* Compiled resistivity and phase results for all frequencies* Petrophysical inversion MATLAB script and outputs for both profiles* ERT raw dataset and R2 inversion outputs for the 50 m profile* Unfrozen layer probing depth observations and visualization* Permafrost core VWC datasetThe dataset enables full reproduction of the 2D inversion workflow and petrophysical modelling steps.
