This dataset supports the atricle: Remote sensing to monitor cover crop adoption in southeastern Pennsylvania" by W.Dean Hively et al, published in the Journal of Soil and Water Conservation. It includes windshield survey data, field boundaries, satellite index values for the fields, and resulting maps of wintertime ground cover based on the calibration data. Methods are described in the manuscript.
