<p>Op basis van de resultaten van het historisch- en het booronderzoek is mogelijk een archeologische vindplaats (resten van bebouwing) in het plangebied aanwezig. Wanneer de geplande graafwerkzaamheden dieper reiken dan het maaiveld kunnen eventueel aanwezige archeologische resten verloren gaan en is vervolgonderzoek noodzakelijk.</p><p>Als van de bestaande woning ook de ondergrondse fundamenten worden gesloopt bestaat er een kans dat archeologische resten zullen worden verstoord. In dat geval adviseert Archeodienst een begeleiding van de sloop van de bestaande bebouwing, teneinde eventuele ondergrondse resten te documenteren.</p>
