IS5 Element Characterization Across Pseudomonas syringae Strains

Supplemental information for our manuscript concerning IS element distributions and IS5 element characterization across Pseudomonas syringae. This folder contains 3 files:
FileS1) an excel spreadsheet documenting IS5 locations in three complete P. syringae pv. lachrymans genomes. One sheet lists all of the IS5 elements that match by BlastP and the other sheet contains a rosetta stone whereby synteny of all IS5 elements across these three genomes was compared by handFileS2) a .fasta file containing the query sequence for blastP searches for InsHFileS3) a genbank flat file (.gff) for the assembly of strain DBL328. This is a kanamycin resistant isolate of P. syringae pv. lachrymans 107 (MAFF301305) in which an IS5 element hopped in front of the npt gene thereby enabling expression and kanamycin resistance in this strainFileS4) a .tsv file of the results of ISfinder characterization across all P. syringae complete genomes vetted as part of this manuscriptFileS5) a spreadsheet containing all insH DiamondBlastP hits from Pseudomonas.com as well as a summary worksheet of all complete genomes and numbers of IS5 elementsFileS6) a .csv file of all complete genomes used in the manuscript as well as Genbank accession numbersFileS7) an .xls spreadsheet of annotated IS5 insertion sites in P. syringae pv. lachrymans genomesFileS8) .zip file of data underlying RT-qPCR resultsFigS1) a .svg heatmap resulting from FastANI comparisons across pv. lachrymans genomes at GTDB

Genomic Correlates of Tailocin Sensitivity

Compressed folders containing input/output files for Roary and Scoary analyses as well as phylogenetic analyses from the associated manuscript are included. We also include a raw unedited image used to create overlay assay images in the associated manuscript. File S1 includes documentation of methods for genome sequencing of various strains mentioned in the manuscript, while Table S1 include sequencing statistics for these genomes.
