S-Index Interpretation
The S-Index (Sharing Index) is a comprehensive metric that represents the cumulative impact of all your datasets. It is calculated as the sum of Dataset Index scores across all your claimed datasets.
What it means:
- A higher S-index indicates greater overall impact of your datasets relative to typical datasets in their fields of research
- The S-Index grows as you add more datasets or as existing datasets gain more citations and mentions
- It provides a single number to track your research data impact over time
Current S-Index: 4.0 (sum of 8 datasets Dataset Index scores)

Upper panel: comparison of jet spectra of MeOH+2FAP in He with the same total real time of measurements, \Sigma t_real (168 pulses at the gratin (gr, red, displaced by +0.24 along the ordinate), 150 pulses at the filet (fi, green) jet). Lower panel: negative decadic logarithm of the root-mean-square error (-lg(RMSE)) of the noise level in a 50 cm^-1 moving window with respect to a quadratic fit of the baseline. The spectral regions occupied by absorption bands of the sample mixture, which cannot be used for the analysis of the noise level, are shaded in grey.

Upper panel: comparison of jet spectra of MeOH+2FAP in He with the same total substance consumption \Sigma n (1500 pulses at the gratin (gr, red, displaced by +0.24 along the ordinate), 36 pulses at the filet (fi, green) jet). As a point of reference, the total consumption at the gratin jet (2 fillings of the reservoir) was chosen.

Two favourable computed structures of N-methylacetamide (NMA) trimer which have been overlooked in previous studies, because they are stabilized by London dispersion interactions in addition to NH...O=C hydrogen bonding. Structure optimization and harmonic spectra at B3LYP-D3(BJ)/aug-cc-pVTZ level confirm that these or similar structures are present in a supersonic jet expansion of NMA in helium which is probed by linear Raman spectroscopy, together with dimers and larger clusters.
The calculations were carried out with Gaussian09 E.01, the visualization with Gaussview 5.0.9, the figure was produced with Microsoft Powerpoint 2013.
The publication describing these calculations together with the experimental data is currently being prepared.
