S-Index Interpretation
The S-Index (Sharing Index) is a comprehensive metric that represents the cumulative impact of all your datasets. It is calculated as the sum of Dataset Index scores across all your claimed datasets.
What it means:
- A higher S-index indicates greater overall impact of your datasets relative to typical datasets in their fields of research
- The S-Index grows as you add more datasets or as existing datasets gain more citations and mentions
- It provides a single number to track your research data impact over time
Current S-Index: 3.1 (sum of 4 datasets Dataset Index scores)

Suplimentary file for the reserach paper entitled Modulation of the complex regulatory network for methionine biosynthesis in fungi. It consist of 1) Table S1- list of the strains used in this study2) figure S1- . The presence within the promoters of methionine genes across the fungal phylogeny of the candidate Met4 motif 5’ ATGRYRYCAT 3’ is represented by black boxes and the new potential Met4 recognition motif of the CUG clade 5’ CAACTCCAAR 3’ is represented with grey boxes. Some genes in some species have both motifs; these cases are represented by a box split into a black and a grey section.
