Each row numbered 1-13 in first column ‘Person-ID’ corresponds to data from one participant. Each column heading contains a variable name stating what individual mean has been measured, in what unit and whether on the Paleolithic diet, diabetes diet or if it is the difference between the two diets (DeltaPd, value during Paleolithic diet minus value during diabetes diet). The variable names and their description are listed below.
