Upstream regulators suggested by Ingenuity Pathway Analysis for genes showing differential expression in hypothalamus of control (CON) vs. LUN mice. Ingenuity’s Upstream Regulator Analysis tool predicts upstream regulators from gene expression data based on the literature and compiled in the Ingenuity Knowledge Base. Activation z-score infer the activation state of predicted transcriptional regulator (Th = +/− 1).
