The selected gRNA is labeled 224 forw and the list of off-targets can be found lines 2127–2240. Tab2 summarises the predicted off-targets for gRNA 224 forw. The sum of the two off-target scores (MIT and CDF) were calculated to rank the results. The 2 targets selected are highlighted.
