Unmanned Aircraft Users in New Zealand

This dataset contains participant responses to an online survey (hosted via Qualtrics) of unmanned aircraft users based in New Zealand, which ran from 14th October 2020 until 13th January 2021. It collected 946 responses, however, only 919 are complete enough to be considered as valid responses. These 919 responses are shown in the "Raw Data" sheet, while the 27 that were not complete enough are shown in the "Excluded participants" sheet. The questions are shown in the top row, noting that sometimes exclusion criteria were applied to who got asked which questions. For this reason, the full list of questions with exclusion criteria are shown in the accompanying word document.
Participants had to meet the following three recruitment criteria:1. Reside in New Zealand2. Have flown an unmanned aircraft before3. Be 16 years or older
This project was peer-reviewed and deemed to be low risk. It was thus registered as such on the Massey University Human Ethics Database.
