Viability fingerprint of glioblastoma cell lines: roles of mitotic, proliferative, and epigenetic targets

The normalized viability assay and IF assay data together with statistical analyses (t-test, U-test, or ANOVA) from the manuscript submitted for publication in Nature Scientific Reports. This data was used for compiling Figures 1-4 and Supplementary Figures S1, S3, S4.The images with non-modified contrast or brightness representing Figure 5 and Supplementary Figure S4 from the manuscript submitted for publication in Nature Scientific Reports. The channels are indicated above the images and the treatment conditions (48 h) on the left (please note that in one image, the treatment was carried out at higher concentration of lomustine). The images were collected within the same independent experiment.
