The scripts to analyze and generate all figures could be found at https://github.com/hansenlab/tricycle_paper_figs v1.1 update: add neurosphere_scvelo.qs - an R SingleCellExperiment object saved as qs file that has spliced counts, unspliced counts, and all outputs from scvelo.
