Chip SNPs and Imputed lcWGS SNPs with phenotypes for four traits in a Duroc populations

Plink bed files with prefix "chip" are chip SNPs；Plink bed files with prefix "wgs" are imputed lcWGS SNPs;"phe_upload.csv" contains the phenotype for four traits, i.e., BW (birth weight), BF (Backfat), DAY (correct days to 115 kg), LMA (loin muscle area). Note that these traits had been corrected for other systematic environmental factors.
