Pacific Hotspot Trails Datasets

Data tables used for analysis of eleven Pacific hotspot chains which includes the following:. - Inferred hotspot paths with continuous age and paleolatitude values along trail with uncertainties - Tables with inter-hotspot separations for all 55 chain pairs - The raw radiometric age and paleolatitude data the trails are derived from - Partially processed age data used for determining our age-progression models These data provide useful constraints for the modeling of absolute plate and plume motion in the Pacific region.
