Description

Understanding the mechanisms of viral diseases calls for techniques to analyze three-dimensional cell architecture at high resolution and speed. Rapid imaging with soft X-ray tomography visualizes SARS-CoV-2 induced cellular remodeling at the whole cell level, opening avenues to analyze in statistically significant numbers virus-cell interactions and efficacy of antiviral drugs. These datasets are reconstructed 3D volumes obtained by soft X-ray tomography on HEK293T-ACE2 cells, accompanying publication "Using soft X-ray tomography for rapid whole-cell quantitative imaging of SARS-CoV-2-infected cells" of Loconte et al. in Cell Reports Methods. The data is organized in folders depending on the time after infection, each SXT dataset is individual *.mrc file.
