Description
TCR repertoires of sorted CD8 CD39 PD-1 double-positive(DP) and not-double-positive (notDP) TILs of melanoma patient 26 (mp26) TILs from two metastasized lymph nodes.
TCR repertoires of bulk TILs expanded in variable cultivation conditions for 9 days.
TCR repertoires of expanded and re-stimulated CD137-positive TILs with initial DP and not-DP phenotype. TILs were restimulated with a mix of melanoma tumor-associated antigens (TAA) or control peptide.
