Recurrence and metastasis detection of breast cancer

This dataset includes clinical data from 126 patients which were pathologically diagnosed as invasive cancer and all received adjuvant trastuzumab treatment. Among them, 31 patients suffered from recurrence or metastasis. In addition, 84 H&E stained whole slide images (WSI) of breast cancer were downloaded from TCGA (https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/repository/), of which 19 cases have recurrence or metastasis.
