This file contains the original data of taxonomy and OTU for project 16s rRNA sequencing of old and young mice feces. Barcode information for adaptor PCR during 16s rRNA sequencing.
Samples were feces harvested from old mice (18-month old, O6-O16) or young mice (8-week old, Y1-Y9). Feces of young mice received transplantation from old mice (OT1-15, name as y_oFMT published in paper) and young mice (YT1-15, name as y_yFMT published in paper).
