Supporting Olink (human) and Luminex (mouse) proteomics data for the study "Cannabinoid Receptor 1 Antagonist Genistein Attenuates Marijuana Induced Vascular Inflammation". Two data sets are included. First, circulating markers of inflammation are investigated using Olink proteomics analysis of human plasma collected from recreational smokers. After smoking a marijuana cigarette, plasma samples were serially drawn over 180 minutes to compared inflammation marker profiles. In the second data set, mouse plasma cytokines were quantified in EDTA anticoagulated plasma using a Luminex Analytes quantified using the Luminex mouse 48-plex assay (Procarta) from C57BL/6J mice treated with vehicle control, THC, or THC plus genistein.
