Gross State Product quarterly data, 1977-2005
View DatasetDescription

At the state level, Gross State Product (GSP) is the state counterpart of national GDP. It measures the output of goods and services produced in a state. Unlike the national level, the Department of Commerce generates only annual estimates of GSP. In early 2003, e-forecasting undertook a major project to create quarterly consistent estimates of GSP for all fifty states and the District of Columbia. A year later, the project was completed and long time quarterly series are now maintained for client use in the database. Includes: real Gross State Product (GSP), nominal GSP, and price index for GSP history. Quarterly data, 1977-2005q3. Excel format.
