List of NCCVs and HPCVs

A dataset of northeastern China cold vortexes (NCCVs) and heavy precipitation NCCVs (HPCVs) was established during the time priod 2000–2019. For a NCCV event, the latitude and longitude of the center was given every 6 h from the initial time to the final time. For a HPCV event, the 24 h accumulated precipitation for each time was also listed in addition to the center position.
